Disaster Preparedness Communities

This lecture covers the final stage of all the previous communities discussed, which is how they can adapt into Survivalist communities for when things get really difficult.

Stefan then talks about the cover story, and he gives an example an already “ready made” established group (CERT) that could be a quick start option. He then discusses:

– The option for a Citizen Volunteer Search & Rescue or Neighborhood Watch Citizen Patrol

– What he means by “Survivalist” community, and it’s not what most people think

– The homebase: What it can be used for, criteria for members on stocking up, and alternatives for if the homebase isn’t accessible.
